Samir Chatterjee's organization out of New York City, dedicated
to the promotion and preservation of Hindustani music. Chhandayan
offers instruction in the art of the tabla (both private and
group), and also operates a store with high quality instruments,
recordings, and more. Ali Akbar College of Music in San Rafael, California. Sarod maestro Ustad Ali Akbar Khansahib teaches both instrumental and vocal music. Tabla maestro Pandit Swapan Chaudhuri teaches students the art of the tabla. The school also offers a comprehensive store.
